Fashion labels give Mnuchin's wife cold shoulder after Instagram post

Linton, an actress whose appeared in movies you've likely never heard of like "Serial Daters Anonymous", and "Screwball: The Ted Whitfield Story", married Mnuchin, worth an estimated $500 million, in June.

A mother of three from OR named Jenni Miller called out Linton in the comments section, telling her the post was "deplorable" and saying ironically, presumably on behalf of taxpayers: "Glad we could pay for your little getaway.' She received a long, angry rant from Linton in return, in which the actress accused Miller of being 'adorably out of touch".

Mnuchin was reportedly at Fort Knox for a luncheon with the local Chamber of Commerce originally scheduled for earlier in August, and according to The Washington Post, he watched Monday's eclipse from the roof.

Taylor Swift Is Excited About Her New Single
Swift and Scottish DJ and producer Calvin Harris dated for nearly a year and a half, but announced their breakup in June 2016. Swift's Instagram , Twitter , Tumblr and Facebook accounts resumed activity with one mysterious posting around 11 a.m.

But a watchdog group and a lawmaker seized on a different issue: Did the millionaire couple fly to Louisville, Kentucky, on Monday, on a taxpayer-funded plane, just to see the solar eclipse? Linton wrote back, adding: "Have you given more to the economy than me and my husband?" When a commenter posted "Glad we could pay for your little getaway #deplorable", Linton replied with a stream of condescending remarks, calling the woman "adorably out of touch". "Either as an individual earner in taxes OR in self sacrifice to your country?"

"The requested records would shed light on the justification for Secretary Mnuchin's use of a government plane, rather than a commercial flight, for a trip that seems to have been planned around the solar eclipse and to enable the Secretary to secure a viewpoint in the path of the eclipse's totality", CREW wrote on its website.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a nonprofit that investigates governmental abuse of power, has already submitted an expedited request for copies of all records regarding the Mnuchins' trip to Kentucky, suggesting it was all a ruse to get a better view of the eclipse - a charge the Treasury Department denies.

Turku knife attack: Court names Finland terror suspect as Abderrahman Mechkah
Friday's attack occurred just after 4:00 pm (1300 GMT), with police shooting the knife-wielding suspect minutes later. On Sunday, police searched the premises of Turku and interviewed Mechkah as part of the investigation.

A spokesperson for Mnuchin told reporters the couple reimbursed the government for the costs of their travel. They traveled to Kentucky on Monday, on a federal government plane - proof of which Linton infamously posted to Instagram, hashtagging it with the designer brands she was wearing. I'm pretty sure we paid more taxes toward our day "trip" than you did.

Linton, who has since changed her Instagram page setting to private, later apologized. And yet the wealthy Linton defends her boasting and derides me, a hardworking, taxpaying American, in the process.
