Obdulia Sanchez of Stockton, California, was filming an Instagram Live video while driving and continued recording as she crashed her vehicle and while her sister, who was in the auto at the time, was dying in front of her.
The driver, Obdulia Sanchez, 18, of Stockton, California, crashed on July 21 in Los Banos, California, about 80 miles southeast of San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The Instagram video shows (caution: contains disturbing footage) the moments both before and after the crash, including Obdulia showing her sister on the ground, with Obdulia heard saying, "My sister's f-- dying".
Bloody visuals from the scene at that point demonstrate Jacqueline's body strewn on the floor, the other young lady in the auto waving for cause and Obdulia conversing with the camera.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active leak suggests Polycarbonate back and a 4000mAh battery
Key features included an octa-core MediaTek MTK P25 SoC, 4GB RAM and 32GB storage (expandable up to 256GB). However, for Samsung fans who are looking for alternatives, the Galaxy S8 Active is likely the best option.
"I killed my sister, but I don't care". A video before the crash showed her singing and dancing along with music as she drove while the two passengers were not wearing seat belts. Her father said she does drink alcohol - but not around him.
"I don't know how to feel. I'm sorry baby. I'm a hold it down".
Sanchez deviated from the road and when attempting to fix her course, she over-corrected and the vehicle crashed through a fence and overturned.
"I felt like, yeah, it was a tragedy to see her die like that, but a lot of people need to know like this is real", Hernandez, of Stockton, said.
Afghan police killed in USA strike
Local officials said 20 more officers are missing and that it wasn't clear if they had been kidnapped or if they had escaped. In the statement, the USA offered its condolences to the families of the security forces who were killed.
Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke told KFSN that Jacqueline "was in the back seat of the vehicle and allegedly unseatbelted, and upon the vehicle rolling over, it ejected her and killed her". According to the California Highway Patrol, she was driving 2 minors in the backseat at the time of the accident who did not have their seatbelts on. She said she expected to spend the rest of her life in prison but does not care.
Last night she was in custody and has been charged with vehicular manslaughter while driving under the influence.
Investigators told WFSN they're still looking into the crash, notably whether Obdulia phoned 911.
