'Was not allowed to speak on Dalit issues': Mayawati on her resignation

Retorting to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati resignation as Rajya Sabha MP, the Communist Party of India (CPI) on Tuesday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is drenched in pride because of being in majority.

Mayawati had on Tuesday sent a three-page resignation letter to Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari, stating that she was resigning as she was not being allowed to speak in the house on important matters.
